What Android can change before you set a ceiling

A phone was not part of the lab check for this build. Gallery apps differ. This is not a measured result from a device.

Trim on the phone

1. Open the video in the gallery app that came with the phone.
2. Use its edit control to shorten the clip, then save a copy. That step does not ask for megabytes.
3. If you need a ceiling, open the tool in a browser that reports a video encoder, and read the measured file.

Chrome on a desktop is the browser this project checked. Whether Chrome on your phone encodes is what the tool page tells you when you open it.
