Fit a video under 25 MB for email
25 MB
Google's mail help says a personal Gmail account can attach 25 MB. Checked 2026-10-22. Work and school accounts are set by the admin. Over the limit, Gmail may swap the file for a Drive link. Other inboxes can be stricter. Tabceil does not send the mail.

When 25 MB is too small
A long clip cannot hit 25 MB and keep a large frame. Size is bitrate times time. At 25 MB and 60 seconds, with 64 kbps reserved for audio and a little slack, the video bitrate is about 2,900 kbps, which can hold a 1080p frame. At 10 minutes the same ceiling is about 240 kbps, which is a small frame or a shorter clip. The tool shows the figure for your file before it runs.
What the page will not claim
- That every inbox accepts 25 MB.
- That a smaller file is the same picture.
- That the video left your device.
