What an iPhone can change before you set a ceiling

A phone was not part of the lab check for this build. These steps are the operating system's own controls, not a claim that Tabceil encoded a file on an iPhone.

Trim in Photos

1. Open the video in Photos, choose Edit, and drag the ends of the clip.
2. Save. Photos does not ask for a number of megabytes. A shorter clip is smaller; the size is whatever the phone writes.
3. If you need a ceiling, open the tool in a browser that has a video encoder and set the megabytes there.

This browser

Tabceil needs VideoEncoder. The tool page checks for it and says if it is missing. Do not assume Safari on an iPhone has it. See browsers.
